I have a background in behavior analysis, with an undergraduate psychology degree from Western Michigan University. Most of my research and practical experience as an undergraduate involved work on studies involving children and schools.
I finished my masters degree in this area a couple of years ago, and have been working in a school system since then. I am finding that I love certain aspects of my job: Other aspects have been trying. This is not always in the best interest of the children or the organization.
